Joseph Fryzer
Joe Fryzer has been a successful entrepreneur for over 50 years. His most recent activities include the building of Public Communications Services, Inc. a telecommunication company with over 20 years in operation to exceed $100,000,000 in annual sales. Mr. Fryzer sold the company in November 2010 to private equity firm, Veritas Capital in New York. Parallel to this accomplishment Mr. Fryzer has been in the real estate business for over 30 years with a consistent track record of finding opportunity buys and collecting a large pool of assets, specifically multi-family properties.
Davana Fryzer
Davana graduated from the University of Michigan in 2015, with a B.A. in Screen Arts and Cultures. She recently received her MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA with an emphasis on Real Estate. She started in commercial real estate at Dynamic Development as an Acquisitions Assistant. For the past 5 years, she has been working at PCS Holdings, now known as Seaview Capital and is currently a Principal. At Seaview Capital, Davana has led the acquisition of over $100M of multifamily real estate in Los Angeles and Phoenix and the re-development of a handful of single family home projects in Los Angeles. Davana currently Resides in Los Angeles and is an active member of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group.
Alexandra Fryzer
Alexandra leads Seaview Capital's investment division in Massachusetts and the larger New England region. In addition to spearheading the property acquisition process, Alexandra oversees the design, renovation, and management of Seaview’s projects in New England. Alexandra is a 2010 graduate of Boston's Suffolk University, holding a bachelor's degree in political science and economics. After her undergraduate training, Alexandra joined State Street Corporation in Boston where she quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a senior associate in the Assets and Trades division of State Street.
